      16522 Hood Handle End Cap

Solid build but came with mounting bolts that were about 1/4" too short to fit older bar-b-que. I purchased longer bolts and that solved the problem

Exact replacement for the original End Caps which began to flake and fall apart after 5-6 years. Very easy to replace.

      Removal tricky but install easy

Posted by John Williams on Sep 10th 2019

So getting the old caps off was quite difficult. Had to spray both of the joints where the old caps met the handle with silicon lubricant and then wait about 30 minutes before I was able to twist them off. Once they were off reinstallation was a breeze.
