Triple Basket Fryer by R&V Works is the perfect backyard fryer for your patio cookouts, tailgating parties, and medium to large fish fries. The 8-1/2 Gallon Fryer is also capable of cooking for your large parties or commercial events.
The fryer stand features 8″ solid rubber wheels making it easy to move and a front axle with castors making this fryer easy to move. It also includes a built in 2 1/2″ thermometer making it easy to monitor oils temperature. Fry baskets feature long lasting rugged construction & a durable nickel plated finish. Each basket has evenly distributed wire mesh for perfect frying every time. And plastic coated handles that stay cool to the touch.

All of R&V Works Cajun fryers work with the Burner Flue Hovering in the cooking vat, positioned so that the excess breading and/or batter will fall to the bottom of the fryer where the oil is cooler. This prevents the oil from being scorched by the sediments laying directly in the heating zone which will very quickly ruin the quality of your cooking oil. This results in a 70% reduction in oil usage when compared to other deep frying systems.
