The plastic hand wheel turns counterclockwise for attachment to your propane tank. Suited for single- and double-jet cookers made by Bayou Classic. 3/8" flare swivel fitting. The high-pressure regulator on this unit does not have presets and instead has variable psi that you adjust yourself (clockwise for more gas, counterclockwise for less).
